In checking Howdy's 4th - 2005 edition about this. There is no 1999 silver strikes listed for the California. The listings go from 1998 listings to 2000 listings.
However, there is 2 1996 listings for the Molokai strike.
1--1996 with a GDC mint and 1--1996 with a S mint.
If you have a Howdy's Guide. You can check on pages 38 & 39.
This is assuming that you are talking about the California Hotel Casino in downtown Las Vegas, NV
