Dan, you cannot change the way some people are natured. I know for a fact that there were people there who did not belong to the Silver Strikers Club or the CC>CC and were in line to get not only the IGT give away but also the Palms give away. The IGT representative would not have known who were or were not club members, but in the line for the Palms give away you had to have your name on the club roster or you did not get one and some people were turned away for that reason. This I know for a fact because (2) of the people talked about it right in front of my wife and myself! My question is this, is the Silver Strikers forum open to the public or only to club members? If it is only for club members then why are there non members there to get any give aways or any free items that will be handed out whether it is the IGT or the Palms? I know at other conventions that my wife and I have attended you can only get into a forum if you have a colored tag for that function, why can't this be set up that you get a pass or something similiar when you pay the admission fee at the counter when you show that the person is a Silver Strike Club member. They also have people at the entrance to check your tag and they will strictly enforce this. Dan, I agree with you 100% that non members should not be allowed to attend the Silver Strikers forum! You cannot attend the CC>CC dinner unless you are a member of their club, why are non members allowed to attend our functions if you do not belong to our club!! They have security at the convention doors to make sure that you have a ticket to get in. I'm sorry to say that rules have to be set in place to stop what took place at last years forum. This is only my opinion.
