Don; I would suggest that you actively continue to solicit Silver Strikers who wish to be seated at a reserved table ... but instead of sending their check directly to CC & GTCC ... that they send the check made out to CC & GTCC directly to YOU. When you get 10 takers, then you could submit the ten checks to CC & GTCC and reserve a table for your group.
