Perhaps the Casino figures that there will be 150 permitted to play,& that the turn out may be much greater,Wives,Friends,etc than that amount. The People who cannot play will do their Gambling at the Casino while there. Stores would call this their Leader. Another words,get you in the door!! I would certainly like to play,but if not life goes on. Anybody out there trading Strikes???
