I don't think the origional post had anything to do with the silver content nor the stampings. It was simply stating that someone listed on ebay a common 10.00 strike with a starting price of 199.00. There is no chance anyone knowledgable would buy it. If someone in the dark buys it, then they need to get knowledgable.
