After my last post that CasaBlanca had removed their strike machine, I decided to try and buy any left over strikes from the cage. I called the casino around 2 am, and was told,"Sure, come and get what we have left". Cool! So I slept a few hours, then drove 2+ hours to the casino. Arriving at 7 am, I was told by the cage supervisor,"Nope, all strikes have been returned/destroyed and we have none. If we get any back, we will not resell them". Auggghhh!
Boy-o-boy was I mad! I don't know why I did this (as mad at the casino as I was), but I walked over to a VP machine and started playing. After getting up just shy of $200, I cashed out and went over to the new Wal-mart in Mesquite and bought the hubby a dump trailer to pull behind his yard tractor....so, in the end I got something from the casino....but will not spend a dime there ever again.
I decided to cash out my slot club points upon leaving and was told "no cash back" and given a brochure on items to redeem your points for. Yeah, like I need a basketball for 700 points!.... If you know me, you know I need a basketball or a cheesy looking chip and dip set "like a fish needs a bicycle"! Grrrrr!

On the positive side: I turned in my Strikers' application, and am just awaiting my member number.
