You know Ted that I wanted to buy a slot machine all my life? I love the old Golden Nugget machines. I was shown by a real profession the difference between copies and the real ones. But both still need maintenance. To my point: I can not imagine a ticket-in/ticket-out machine in my home. To me that takes away the romance of owning one of these beauties. And how would you encourage a guest to play one of these as opposed to just putting a quarter in and pulling a handle? (Yes I want that quarter!) I go back a long way and have always loved the mechanical slots and thought of one in my home as a beautiful piggy bank. Somehow living in LV has taken all the mystique of owning one of these from me. I still love the old ones. I'm just rambling, thanks for the memories.
