Why don't you file with ebay for overcharging on shipping. I have filed about 10 times on some sellers. However, I don't think ebay has done anything about it. Also you can not explain the problem. All you can do is give them the # and hope that the person in ebay has enough intelligence to know what the problem is...like when seller advertises one ounce silver. Does the person at ebay know that the strike has less silver
