Wayne - It might seem eBay has different rules for different sellers, this seller has an eBay store and has more of the same low buy it know prices with very high shipping.
Last year I was selling U.S. Postage stamps starting the auctions at Face Value of the Stamps (some starting at .01 )and had a mailing cost of $1.67 which was the true cost of postage and insurance and somebody complained to eBay about low starting prices and high mailing cost and darn if eBay didn't cancel all of my auctions and send me a harsh warning that if I did the same thing again I would not beable to list in the future.
I guess if one is a big seller or has a store they over look the rules that apply to others who try to do the same thing.
