Those laws apply to employment, housing, and other Federal mandates. Most laws regarding contests are mandated by state laws, just as gambling laws are. There are no Federal mandates on contests. If the Riviera wanted to give as many chips as they wanted to the first person in line they could. That is only a "house rule." I am not an expert on Nevada gaming law but I am pretty certain they deal mainly with not "fixing" the outcome. Just my comments, I have no real opinion on who is allowed to enter. I will say that this hobby needs more hobbyists or our strikes collections will devalue greatly like the Decanter craze of the 70's. If couples are allowed my wife will play in this one with me, leaving one of you out if I get there first. How is that for fair.
