Ken--
I filed a claim with eBay Fraud Protection on Feb. 19th. On March 16th, my claim was accepted and would be assigned to someone. On March 22nd, I got an email that said I needed to provide proof of payment, appraisal of the item by a neutral third party (which I didnt have to do because I never received the item) and fax it to them within 14 days. I went to the post office on the 22nd to get a copy of the cashed money order and just got it in the mail YESTERDAY (24 days). I did email eBay and request an extention, which they granted. I'm going to fax it over to them and I'll keep those who are interested posted.
Even still, minus the $25.00 fraud processing fee, $16.89 for shipping, postage and money order fees I paid out(and they reimburse through PayPal, so I'll probably get hit with a funds transfer fee) the best refund I can hope for is $37.00 out of $78.89 (-$41.89).

There were stories about checks cashed unsigned, somewhere in PA. My money order: cashed unsigned, somewhere in PA.
