I think this is the first picture of the 2 new strikes at Ellis Island. These 2 are not mixed in the columns of the old 4 strikes. Instead they each occupy a separate column. So, if you play you have a 1 chance out of 3 to hit 1 of the new ones. Certainly worth more than a "common" clear. We won 9 strikes, but only 2 of the new ones. We were lucky though, my wife started with only $20 and got the 3 red 7's twice and still cashed out $50.
