The colored capsules are just basicly colors used to identify special limited issues. However, (you asked about rare capsules) I believe the older smaller size blue $10 capsules as time goes on. Will become rarer as they are not used anymore. And they get cracked and cannot be replaced. And the number of red $10 capsules used goes up.
