I just received an email from a striker who said he

"counted up to 24 clears then a red cap on the Hoover Dam side, it was worse on the Valley of Fire side."

At that distance it will cost over an average $100 per red cap after cashing in the clears.
Not worth wasting time going there at this time. If it gets better I will post on this board.
