I have 2 of the 1993 -$7 Harrah's Laughlin strikes. Including the coyote(wolf), cactus and moon strike. Like you posted the picture of. Mine has the full moon.
In comparing it to the obverse & reverse side of the other strike of this Harrah's 1993 series.(Saguaro Catus in Desert) As well as eyeing them closely, including your posted picture.
I donot think you have a rotated strike. Your strike seems to me to have been normaly struck. With no special errors.
If you have or can get another strike of this Harrah's series compare them. And I think you will see what I mean.
If I am wrong, please someone correct me.
