As an added note, Bill's did post a flyer on both machines about a month before they closed the reservation list notifying people of the upcoming $200 strike. I think they are trying to find a balance of selling all their strikes/creating demand and making all collectors happy. It probably is not perfect, but they have really tried to be up front with people on the program and even called all the people on the list, even long distance, when they came in. If nothing else, they have spent quite a bit of staff time trying to make it work.
