Kevin - As with any new type strike program there is always room for improvement, I don't know how Bills decided to put the word out about having to get on a reservation list but the imformation was passed on to me by other club members and I was able to reserve one.
I think Bill's will work on improving the system if they do another $200 in the future, and maybe word of it will be posted on the mesage board when it happens.
