As far as I know Bill's is the only casino, and has been the only 1. That someone can reserved a $200 ahead of time. Even with the reservation you still have to play the strike machine. And get the 20 $10 strikes to trade in. Maybe another collector(s) can, enlighten me; if I am wrong.
I am not in total agreement with this reservation policy. There is a chance for favortism. But, it might save some of the problems. Like has happened at the 4- Queens in the past.
One thing I donot completely understand. Is why th limited number ordered. And the casino's policy to NOT order any more. When it is obvious that there is interest in the $200. And more could be traded for. And thus causing the silver strike machine to be played more.
