I haven't been collecting very long and dont have as many strikes as most of you, but is it a common practice that casinos only give these out to a special few people? I've only been around long enough for the 20-for-1 policy. From what I can gather from Andersons strike book is that most of the $200 strikes were bought from the cage and not won (I could be wrong). It seems more fair that you have to park your butt in a chair for a few hours to win one rather than walk up to the cashier.
