Well, I just spoke w/my bank and they said they will chase this down for me. Lesson learned -- pay with PayPal if you don't know the seller and it is more than a nominal amount, even if they have great feedback scores. If they don't take PayPal, like this seller, don't bid. I'm just amazed that the negative feedback didn't start till March 2 (they day my check happened to clear) and some people had been waiting for their items since January. The seller had been stalling them and telling them he had mailed their item with a 20% refund to compensate them for their wait. Of course, they never got the items or the 20% refund.
