My bank manager, B of A, said that the bank is not respnsible if the check was left in an ATM and deposited to the owners account but they are responsible if the check was cashed at the cage. Can you proove how it was cashed? NADA I think 'Sam' is very clever and will pull this off again in a few months. Buy with confidence...whatever that means ! !
