I just spoke with the bank in Rhode Island where my payment check was deposited or cashed. They do not have Suzanne K. or Sam K. or Samuel K. as a customer. So it really amazes me that they would process that check without a signature on the back even if it came in through an ATM. They suggested that I contact my own bank to initiate an inquiry into this.
