I have called the Youngstown PD a couple times. So far the impression I get is they are hoping to pass it off on someone else. Specifically I was told they are waiting to see how many complaints come in to see whether its something they can handle or if it needs to be handled by the Feds. They havent even really assigned it to anyone even though they knew exactly the situation I was calling about. I das they could get an idea of the scope of the problem by looking at their Ebay feedback page. Response was " I dont have access to Ebay " I will bug them more tomorrow. See if they are getting any more interested in doing something. Unless someone thinks it s a poor idea I was thinking of contacting the local TV stations. They love reporting on Ebay scams.
