This could be a good exercise in civil - criminal redress. Does anyone want to organize or be the single point of contact for those of us that were swindled by this outfit. It seems that Tracy has already taken action. I know there are several of us and it will be much more efficient to join together.

Now as to the why we as individuals are responsible for getting swindled. I know for a fact that the Palms has sold obsolete strikes and a lot of them from the cage. I thought this auction(s) was the liquidation by that buyer. Obviously NOT.
