i know how you feel about the negs as fast as i gave them they come right back from the non payers e-bay doesn't care crap about anybuddy or any thing all thet want is cash and if you have a neg and want it removed you must pay square trade $25 and the other party must agree with you
it all comes down to the all mighty $$$$
