Here's my 2 cents worth on feedback: I think the system encourages you not to post negative feedback on fear the other party will return the negative feedback. I had a "buyer" ask me to change two of my auctions to "buy-it-now" because he was interested. I changed the listing, he bought one of the two items, never paid (you know the usual 101 excuses). I gave negative feedback after many emails, he then gives me negative feedback yet he's lying. This leads me to think of not giving negative feedback now even if there is cause. I'm willing to bet a lot of negative feedback doesn't get reported for this reason. Do I have a solution? Not really, but maybe include more space for explanations. Overall it has been a positive experience. Dave
