It is nothing more then the percentage of positive feedback against the total feedback.

How else would you suggest they do it? How else can you rate a seller except by what the buyers have to say about them?

This seller had very little negitive feedback until a few days ago.

I think BUYERS of strikes should have taken notice when they showed up with 20 playboy sets and 14 $200 strikes all the same but as these buyers had no sure way of knowing if this seller had the product, Ebay also had not way of knowing either.
