Kevin yours does not have the “NHL” logo. Looking at your picture you can see what appears to be a patch just above the armpit; the rectangular “NHL” logo is located will above that (a little above the halfway point to the top of the shoulder).
I have both and the “NHL” is small but clearly visible when you look for it. I don’t think most people would see it if they did not know about it, the uniform design is so busy that the patch does not stand out.
