I feel putting $40 on something but saying it can not be redeemed makes it worthless.

Strikes from closed casino's had a cash value at one time. These new strikes have none.

I know this would never fly in Nevada but I guess in CA. on Indian casinos they can do anything.

A $40 win in Nevada has to be worth $40.
