I'm back in So-Cal now, but I spent 10 years in the Albany area of NY. Upstate NY has a lot of Indian Casinos and I remember a news report that one of them (not sure which) had one of those hugh, full size, 5 reel novelty slots in the front of the casino. Some lady hit 'jackpot' on all 5 reels for a $1,000,000 payout. The casino would not honor it because "the machine malfunctioned" and basicly told her to get lost. She said in the report she was going to file a lawsuit, but it had to be heard before the Tribal Counsel on the reservation, which would be pointless. I told myself then and there I would never step foot in an Indian run casino because you have obsolutely no rights. And any casino that governs themselves and has to answer to nobody but themselves, the customer will always loose.
