Thanks Norman, that information just cleared up a lot of questions that have been put on this BB buy me and many others. I didn't think that the Casino's could just do whatever they wanted to do without the okay from the NGC. Don't ever under estimate the power of the NGC, just check in their web-site and see how many millions have been paid in fines by the casino's for not following their rules and regulations!!
