I didn't hear about NGC saying anything/anywhere about certain number of $200's had to be minted. I know for a fact(from Freddie Matook, I asked him)that the Las Vegas Club. Was not going to get any more of the $200's from there(of Las Vegas Sign). Once the orginal 100 was gone.
Don't you think that if this requirement was in place. Freddie would have got a second order of 100(or how many required) of the $200 strikes.
Besides, I donot think that the NGC cares about any trouble. That any of the casino's had/having in handing them out. As long as the $200 has met all their requirements. And it has been approved by the NGC.
