if he is paid paypal by you he gets charged a nother fee as well you don't the SELLER does only.
there is a way to beat paypal from taking any
money from a seller when a buyer pays
the seller will send you a invoice GOODS OTHER
but you must pay from your checking account or paypal funds only.. NO E-CHECKS / NO CREDIT /DEBT CARDS a seller can get up to 500.00 in 1 months time that is how i take paypal
