This brings up a thought, Why not have the strike "escrowed" with an independent 3rd party to validate condition and existence. Upon receipt of $$, escrow entity sends strike to purchaser. I know this is not original with me, but it could answer a lot of issues before they become issues. The value of an escrow entity of course is dependent on the value of the transaction. FWIF, George
