I acquired this coin because my father was the vice president of Caesars Tahoe for 18 years until they were taken over. The coins were handed out to high rollers and to some of the executives, my dad got 5 and though the years has sold some and given some away to friends and family. My father was in charge of the production of these coins and he says there are about 20 in circulation.
