Thanks to Freddie, Sue, and Emily, a great time was had by all.
Fri night we started off with the cocktail party and dinner buffet. This was the best buffet ever and a big thank you to the Chef. Everyone spent time seeing old friends and making new ones. This tournament really seemed special as we had so many new comers but I am sure they will be back for next year's event.
Saturday was two sessions of tournament play. The Vegas Club donated the banquet room to the Silver Strike Club for our trade session on Saturday night. The room was filled with Silver Strikers, all tables full of strikes, the noise level was enthusiastic, and everyone entered and left with smiles on their faces.
Sunday brought the last tournament play session and the awards banquet. Freddie had a great time announcing the winners. There were 136 participates in the tournament, 62 coins were sold to the lucky names that were drawn in the end, Jamie and I brought number 199 which we will donate to this year club auction and Freddie kept number 200.
There were many jackpots won, Carol's Corner was hot, 5 royals and many duces won, and everyone in the tournament left a winner with many great memories.
Thanks to the Vegas Club for inviting us to their 3rd annual Silver Strike Slot Tournament and we look forward to the 4th annual Silver Strike Slot Tournament.
