There really is no set "retail" or "wholesale" price on Strikes.

Since they are mainly bought and sold by Collectors it is what ever someone is willing to pay or sell them for.

Guide prices are very subjective by the person that writes the book. The only true pricing is sale prices. Best place to get an idea of real prices is to watch the Ebay or JackPot auctions. To the best of my knowledge and I could be wrong there is no set discount from retail to wholesale of Silver Strikes.
