So one account is teresalovesjackie and the other account is imtiredme2. Right? Okay so you sold one of each of these rare error coins with each account? The picture is the same with both auctions. One went to Kirk and one went to william cohenour. Maybe you had two different strikes in your possesion, but used the picture of the error strike for both auctions. After you shipped them william Cohenour got the error and kirk got the one without the error. It even took me a couple of minutes to see the difference between the two. Has william told you whether he got the right strike or not?
If I by accident used the same picture (ie. of an error strike) for five auctions but only owned the one error and 4 regulars, then everyone who purchased would expect the error strike. Not seeing the difference in the 5 strikes I would ship them all and would expect to receive 4 complaints and one very happy customer.
