Joni - The price for silver that you were quoted is what dealers are selling or buying a full 1 oz. of silver for, a silver strike only has a bit over .60 oz. of silver so the price of silver is going to have to get in the range $12 buks or so before the silver value excedes the face value of the $10 strike.
