You are both correct. It is the casino that is the customer of IGT. And we as players at the casino are customers of both the casino and IGT. Without us neither would be in business. I hope that along the way some time a client of IGT (the casino) would put their foot down and just say no. We do not like the product you are wanting us to sell to our (us) clients. Yes, IGT could just pull the machines. Or is it cheeper for them to maybe just try to keep their (the casino) clients happy. Change is good sometimes. But not always.

And again, his is just my thoughts.
