In all reality as a collector I am not a customer of IGT's at all. I am a customer of the casion's that I go to to get my Silver Strikes.

IGT makes machines for Casino's that they hope are profitable to the casion's so they desire to keep them.

I am also not the customer of the Mint, the silver mine, the gold mine or the company that makes the paint that is on the new stirkes.

As a customer the only person I feel I have the right to express any displeasure with would be the people that run the Slot Departments in the Casino's if I do not like the product that they are putting in their machines.

If I do not like the product it is my right to express it to them and also my choice to not play for them anymore.

Laura and I own some businesses in Vegas. If OUR customer is not happy, they talk to us. If I have problems with products that I sell to those customers then it is my place and responsibility to talk to my suppliers.

Bottom line is if you really do not like the new strikes, write letters to the head of the slot departments of the Casino's that are giving them to us. It might get the old ones back or it might get the $200's killed again. Either way you will be talking to the RIGHT person that way.
