I had a $10 Rio Rita GDC mint/.999 inner as opposed to the normal CT mint/.999 rim. It had been approved by the NV Gaming Commission in 1999, but not put into play before the mint closed. It may have been a prototype or an early production run. No one has seen another one though. I sold it at the 2004 convention. It's up to the buyer to disclose what he paid, if he wants to. All I can say is it was a fair price for what may be a one of a kind strike.
