No, I didn't think too, when I first talked to the representive at Roger Williams Mint. I started to include these 2 things in the e-mail to the mint. But decided to wait and see what RWM had to say. About the first 4 questions. Which as you can see isn't very encourging.
However, I will follow up; and ask RWM about the paper insert and the certificate of authenticity. And post a answer when I get it.

I assume, about the paper insert. You are asking about printing information on the $200. And that it be placed on the side of the paper insert? Am I right Chuckwagon?
