well I must say I was one of the lucky ones. I did play at the O'Shea's machine. In fact I was the player just before the PAID player at the machine closest to the outside doors. When I got to the casino there was already a line to play. I was to be #6 to play. I was chating with everyone and the #3 player asked if I wanted his place in line as #4 player was a paid player and would be at the machine for what was to be expected most of the night. I took him up on his offer and I did buy his spot in line. (I had to leave LV the next day so I did not want to maybe not get a chance to play is the only reason I would pay for a spot). I don't know if that is really right but I did it. And a stink was raised by the paid jerk and the guy who hired him. All the other players did not have a problem with what I was doing so I went ahead and paid the guy. The gal from Anchor Gaming was there and she did not have a problem either. Well to the good part. The fellow in front of me got his chase strike and that left 13 strikes for me to play for before a new rack was dumped in. After getting the 13 strikes MY chase strike came out on the fourth win. Goodie for me and the paid player had to win 46 from my rack before he got a new rack. I felt there is some justice even in gambling. Hope next time though there is something worked out so paid players cannot do what they did here. It muddys it up for us real collectors.
