Dan; You are to be commended for following up on what your perceptions are to be a legitimate problem. Based on the responses from RWM, it's plain to see (to me) that RWM does not view silver strike collectors as their customers on this issue. The CASINO is their customer and until similar issues such as you have accurately presented are raised by the casinos involved; very little will be done about it by RWM.
