Happy New Year to you all....and it will be great to start this new year of 2006, knowing that Norman and I have come to a settlement with my problem of insured mail fees being taken and not sent insured mail.....he has refunded my fees, sent a missing ss, and straightening out miscommunications.....so with all that now out of the way, we can begin anew for 2006....thank you Norman for making this all come out in a positive and not a negative way....Christine F.
