I believe that anyone can charge any amount for anything and that's fine. I believe that we are in charge of our own lives and we make our own choices. If you think it's to much then don't buy. It's that simple! It's not worth getting upset over. Life is to short. Besides he might have to buy his bubble envelope from the USPS and mine charges $1.50 for a 6"x10" one. Add that to postage and you get there quick. BE HAPPY! :-)
