Just a little info for everyone incase a specific strike somehow makes it back into circulation. Last week I turned in a bunch of TI Parrot strikes among which was one that the center silver had popped out. I showed it to the cashier in the cage and she began beating on it on the counter to reseat the center. I told her that I did not think it could be put back together by hand but she seemed determined. Just incase they somehow do it, I don't want any of the collectors getting burned by buying this as a rare rotated center or minting error. Fortunately it was a LF 999 and not a SF 999. I believe that all the previously found rotated die Parrots were SF. If a Treasure Island Parrot LF "error" shows up on EBay or Jackpot, I would take a good look at it before bidding high.
