Again, you never sent me a replacement or cash for items ripped out of package or stolen or lost....so what do you think I feel? You are a cheat and a lier...but one thing I know for sure, I will not deal with you or jackpot ever again....as well as all the folks I got emails from, saying the same....so I have found out I am not the only person out there you have done this to........

My response

Christine, you posted on 12/27/05 (shown below) that you send insurance on purchase when they are over 50.00. The Fitzgerald’s strikes sold for $48.00 plus $2.00 shipping. You sent me a check for $50.00. No insurance. In your post below dated 7/23/05 you state “I just received a package, which should have had 2 ss I won, and there was that slit in the top, and no ss within.....sent USPS Parcel Post Mail, they were just commons, sent with no insured mail... so my fault, not theirs...”

Although this was another seller's package ( my package had three strikes) you admit it was your fault for not insuring the package and not the sellers fault.

Even though in one post you admit it is your fault and the other post you blame me and as painful as it is your refund was sent. It is my policy. Norman

Yes, I bought for 2 years, but only insure items when they are over 50.00...anything under that I did not insure...so many purchases of 1 ss when they first come out....I did not buy evrything from him alone....I buy from many sellers..as all of you have done, I bought the new ss as buy it nows...but on the larger orders, I did buy 200.00's from him……..

I totally agree with your post....I just received a package, which should have had 2 ss I won, and there was that slit in the top, and no ss within.....sent USPS Parcel Post Mail, they were just commons, sent with no insured mail... so my fault, not theirs....but.... if packaged correctly, this would not have been so easy to remove the ss....just my feelings on this...Christine
