The whole set R E N O and one extra unspecified are put in the machine at one time, so there are 5 blues in the machine when it is filled. I was just there in January and that is how they filled it, and they would make sure I saw every fill, even when I went out to smoke when I emptied the machine the guy would wait till I came back to show me the fill. The attendants were took very good care of me, it was very pleasant. My only problem was I got there at midnight to find out they close the machines at 10:30pm. Anyways that was the ratio when I was there.
